Reciprocating Knitting System The precise and simple structure of the system can reduce the chances of malfunctions of the machine components and make it easy to maintain them. It can reduce the repetitive operations and improve efficiency and productivity accordingly. The system excels in edging flat neckline, flounce and V-neck, separate knitting, purfle knitting, etc. The system has a structural feature of not separating the front stitch apart. By making stitch slide closely and keeping it tight for a long time, it can ensure the knitting density flat and even. The magnetic middle stitch of the anti-collision needle. The twin hairbrushes occupy little space. The system also includes an elastic needle-ruler which can ensure the knitting needle flat, even, and durable.

Jacquard Weave Knitting System The system is designed by adopting the unique brand-new combination of hanging and hooking to make more diversified jacquard weaves, more flexibloe knitting, and easier operations. The Multi-Function Hand-Drive Flat Knitting Machine has compactstructure, handsome exterior and smart operations.

 The system adopts four types of knitting needle. The two jacquard levers are designed with six jacquard points. The choices of hanging and hooking include front and back double hanging, front hanging, and back hanging, indicating clear and accurate jacquard points. The design of movable jacquard points and the structure of hanging and hooking downward contribute to convenient, easy, stable, and speedy operations of the machine as well as a long service life.
Positioning System of Lateral Flat Plate    The unique patent design enables the lateral flat plate to rapidly and easily stay on the required knitting position without needing the way of knitting to lock character codes beneficial to improving work efficiency and raising the quality of fabrics. 改Reforming the old way of having two stages of gauge up and down with the upper stage being locked up on the part of the traditionsl knitting machine.
